Once you enter this home, whether it be the magic of the Christmas season or the lazy days of summer, you won't want to leave this ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS ADULTS ONLY PROPERTY decorated with exquisite Victorian antiques and fresh flowers.

Built in 1880, this Cape May TWIN is located in the Center of the Historic District. It is a block and a half from the Washington Street Mall. In addition, 95% of all Fine Dining restaurants in Cape May are within walking distance. The beach is a short four block walk. The home boasts four beautifully decorated Victorian bedrooms, and a spa-like bathroom with a shower on the second floor, a powder room on the first floor and an OUTDOOR ENCLOSED SHOWER on the side of the house.

One of the great features of this home is the state of the art gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a wine cooler. The kitchen is chef's dream and is equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and tools needed to focus on the love of cooking and food.

The house has a central A/C system, and gas heat for those cold winter evenings throughout the holidays and the winter. There is also a gas fireplace that will keep you warm and toasty during the holiday season. .

Although professionally decorated in period Victorian furnishings, this house has all the MODERN conveniences of home.

The bedrooms of the house are on the small side as not to compromise the original integrity of the house when renovated, however, the bedrooms harbor a totally Victorian feel, and your stay is similar to the ambiance of the finest Bed and Breakfasts Cape May has to offer. There is private off-street parking on the premises for two or three cars so you will always be guaranteed parking during your stay -- just walk out the back door, and you will have access to your car should you need it.

Six beach tags, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella are located on the premises. The house is located within walking distance of everything Cape May has to offer so there is no need to move your car. The front porch offers four rocking chairs for people-watching or relaxing with an afternoon martini or glass of wine as the trolley goes by. The back porch offers ceiling fans, a wicker couch and two chairs with a table, and is steps away from the BBQ out back.

Cape May is known for its beautifully restored Victorian homes, top rated beaches and Zagat reviewed restaurants and this Franklin Street home is the embodiment of all that makes Victorian Cape May a great vacation destination. This property is best suited for ADULTS ONLY with a maximum of (6) six.
