LUXURIOUS CAPE MAY CANAL VIEW HOME WITH 46’ SALT WATER POOL MINUTES FROM CAPE MAY BEACHES. Sleeps 10.

Beautiful and comfortable contemporary-craftsmen, 4 bedroom, 4 bath custom-built home with a wrap-around front porch and 46’ x 18’ in-ground heated salt-water pool with hot tub on a private acre with lush gardens and canal view. The pool is surrounded by a wrought iron fence and private backyard with exquisite landscaping. The first floor has a large gourmet kitchen with a prep island and an antique oak dining table, Viking Range, Miele dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and other professional touches. The open plan has a mission style dining table seating 10, powder room, and comfortable living room with 55” flat screen. There is an adjacent sunroom with surrounding views of beautiful gardens. The kitchen and living areas open onto a spacious 1000 sq. ft. screened-in rear porch with wrought iron dining table and chairs and large wicker sectional couch looking out onto an expansive patio by the pool. The porch has a bathroom with shower with an additional shower by the pool. (4.5 total) Patio is amply furnished with dining and lounging furniture. The second floor master suite has a queen-size bed, a sitting alcove with a pull out sofa-bed and a master-bath with bathtub and walk-in shower and adjacent laundry room. A short-flight up are three additional guest bedrooms. One bedroom with queen-bed mattress (refitted antique bed) includes a full bath with walk-in shower. Another bedroom has a queen-bed mattress (refitted antique bed) and includes a full bath. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. All four bedrooms have flat-screen televisions. Home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood. Situated a mile from the Cape May Winery, as well as a mile from the Historic Cold Spring Village and the Cold Spring Brewery, on the mainland side of the inter-coastal waterway and less than 2.8 miles from Cape May beaches. While you can easily take advantage of all Cape May has to offer, most likely you will be drawn to your private poolside paradise.
