The open plan has a mission style dining table seating 10, powder room, and comfortable living room with 55” flat screen. There is an adjacent sunroom with surrounding views of beautiful gardens. The kitchen and living areas open onto a spacious 1000 sq. ft. screened-in rear porch with wrought iron dining table and chairs and large wicker sectional couch looking out onto an expansive patio by the pool.
