The perfect secluded setting for a relaxed and private experience with family or friends. Nestled into the jungle and set in an area of 1,140sqm, this modern house provides some of the best sea-views available in Phuket. Located on a small peninsular, the villa is just a few minutes walk from two beautiful beaches; Ao Yon (east-facing) and Khao Khad (west-facing). Both beaches are in sheltered bays making them perfect for swimming all year round.

Perfect for a tropical getaway; vacation or working remotely.

The water in the villa is sourced from our own well and we have drinking water on tap so there's no need to buy single-use plastic bottles of water.

For guests with accessibility needs, the poolside bedroom on the ground floor means that the villa can be enjoyed as a single-level living space. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

With six bedrooms, five en-suite bathrooms, guest WC, outside shower, Thai and western kitchens, large open plan living space, a private swimming pool, garden, carport and terrace, this high end villa is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests (18 adults).

We have the following options for sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom: king size bed + king size sofa bed

2nd bedroom: king size bed + queen size sofa bed

Poolside bedroom: king size bed

Garden view room: 2 x single beds

5th bedroom: king size bed (+ double sofa bed in adjoining private living room)

6th bedroom: king size bed

We also have 3 cots (& 3 high chairs) and, if you need the flexibility, several floor mattresses for kids that can be placed wherever is most convenient for you.

We can help with additional services you need to make your stay as indulgent as you'd like such as a private chef to prepare your meals, maids to clean the villa, airport transfers, in-house massage, nanny/baby-sitter etc

The exterior of this architect designed home is set among landscaped gardens with a 10m infinity pool with jacuzzi as the centre piece. A Thai style Sala is the perfect place to shelter from the sun or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets across the bay.

The interior of the home is equipped with high quality locally sourced furniture and fittings that will make your experience a luxurious one. Whilst in touch with the surrounding nature, the house is equipped with high speed wireless internet throughout, multi-room sound system, 50' TV/home theatre.

Living Area: The spacious open planned living space with panoramic views of Chalong bay spans the entire width of the property and opens directly on to the pool terrace and sala. It includes a dining area, accommodating 16 for formal dining, a TV den with state of the art audio-visual entertainment system and a double height sitting area. The open design merges with the pool terrace making it ideal for informal, al fresco eating, entertaining or just relaxing. The living space extends upstairs where we have a full-sized table tennis table, an office desk in case you have to work and an outside balcony with a circular day bed. Perfect for meditation, reading or a place for the kids to play.

Stay relaxed, fit & healthy; we have 2 yoga mats and resistance bands and ropes.

An open-planned European style kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of brand name appliances including Smeg gas range, espresso machine, juice blender, microwave and American size double door fridge-freezer with ice maker/dispenser). An adjacent Thai kitchen with Smeg gas stove complements the interior space. Breakfast bar with marble top provides an additional social hub.

Outdoor Space: The house is set among landscaped tropical gardens connected by stone pathways and dotted with several terraced areas. The 10m infinity pool is the centre piece and includes a jacuzzi for the ultimate indulgence, day or night. Loungers on the pool side are perfect for soaking up the sun or move to the Thai style sala with it's sofas and coffee table for some shade. The sala has speakers wired to the multi room sound system so that you can enjoy chill out music by the pool, or perhaps something more lively with cocktails as you watch the sun go down. An outside barbecue provides another option for dining/entertaining. Outside seating includes; 8 poolside loungers, sofa for 6 in the sala, 4 bar stools.

The Glasshouse has an electric gate to provide privacy and security as well as an alarm system.

There is sheltered parking available for two cars inside the gate.

To encourage thoughtful use of resources, electricity is included up to 200units/day. This will cover regular use of the villa and pool with modest use of aircon. Any use over this is charged at cost (+5%).

For groups of up to 8 guests (over 2 years), the property is available with 4 bedrooms, still with exclusive use of the house, pool and gardens. Please enquire about the discounted 4 bedroom rate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bradley (the owner) a message.

If Bradley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
