The main living areas of Villa Nirvana are spread out over two levels.
It has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of them with ocean-view, each with its own study or changing area, one of them with garden view, and 1 twin bedroom (flexible in fitness room on request) with garden view.
All the rooms are light and airy with fan, air cond, flat 3D smart TV, fridge and safety box. Each room comes with en suite bathroom, one with a beautiful Balinese Bathroom, Indoor/ Outdoor Jaccuzi, another with shower and the master room comes with sea view jaccuzi...
Villa Nirvana has 4 bedrooms, each using lovely fresh cool cotton linen. They are:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, air cond, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, luxury en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: King-sized bed, air cond, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, luxury en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: King-sized bed, air cond, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, luxury bathroom shared with bedroom 4
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, air cond, TV, DVD,luxury bathroom shared with bedroom 3
NOTE: Bedroom 4 is usually arranged as a fully-equipped gym, but by request we can easily arrange the room as a twin bedroom at no additional cost.
At the top of the Villa, the living room with bar, TV area with large flat smart TV and high sound quality system, dining area and luxury well furnished kitchen which opens onto the main terrace with it's amazing sea view, jacuzzi and sofa lounge area. Perfect to enjoy an evening cocktail while you contemplate the sunsetting majestically over the emerald sea and an evening sky lit up in a blaze of myriad colors, before enjoying a dinner inside or outside.

We also have one baby cot that you can use at no additional cost. Please always provide us information about your guests sleeping arrangements in advance.
Upon booking&confirmation that your requested dates for villa rental are available we charge a non-refundable 30% deposit of the full price for you and your party, this deposit secures your dates.The balance of the rental price, plus a €1000 fully refundable security deposit is due 2calendar months before the the rental start date. We can accept payments by bank transfer.
