From the owner

The beautiful white sandy beach is about 100 steps from the doorstep of our 1st level oceanside condo. The quiet quad-plex building has been completely renovated inside and out during 2021.

In our condo you will enjoy a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a 43" Roku TV, fabulous gulf views with a private luxury master bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a lovely gulf view and the second hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and quartz countertops and is well equipped to make you feel right at home. The kitchen bar overlooks the large dining room which is open to the living room with comfy couches and a 55" TV which includes lots of cable channels, wifi, phone, Dvd player, movies and games for hanging out and enjoying time with the family.

The bedrooms, living room and shaded porch all have beautiful gulf views.

Under the building there is parking for two vehicles and an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off with after enjoying a day at the beach. Next to the shower is the storage/laundry room with a washer and dryer and beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for your convenience.

Our condo is strictly limited to parties of 4 since that is all it is sized and equipped to accommodate.

We provide everything we can think of to make your vacation as carefree as possible. We supply all of your linens and basic household supplies. We also have beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, umbrella, etc. to help you just relax and make this a true dream vacation.

The door leading to the covered porch has an extra large doggie door and the porch has gates to secure your pet allowing them to also relax and enjoy the gulf views.

*Cape San Blas offers pet friendly beaches. We do allow pets and do not discriminate on size and types but you must notify us upon booking and provide specifics about your pets. Please do not bring your pet if it cannot be left alone, is not comfortable in a strange place or is not potty trained. It will not be fun for anyone including your pet. *There is non-refundable pet fee of $185 for 1 pet and $55 for an additional pet and a maximum of 2 pets.

We do not have special safety precautions for children setup inside or outside our home. We rely on parents to make the determination what is suitable and to watch their children.

We welcome long term renters for monthly stays or longer! We have monthly rentals discounted at 20% - 30% off and you can contact me for longer stay rates or just to check on even better monthly rates!

Your reservation will not be finalized until you have signed and returned the Rental Agreement.

I will send you all of your Check in / Entry instructions several days before your trip along with a Welcome Book. The Check in instructions will have everything you need to get to our home and get inside. The Welcome Book will be sent by email and also be in our home and has lots of valuable information such as House Rules, how to use things, where to find things and things to do in the area so be sure to read this as well. I do ask you contact me after your arrival and let me know everything is as expected and you arrived safely. I will be only a phone call or text away throughout your trip and happy to answer any questions or help anytime.

You will be required to sign the Rental Agreement prior to your stay. If the Rental Agreement is not received back your reservation will be cancelled.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
