The 3 Palms Beach Villa welcomes you to luxurious self-catering accommodation within it’s free standing 3 bedroom house with a great entertainment area comprising open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a balcony with magnificent views of Table Mountain as well as pool and garden with equally stunning views of Robben Island.

It's light coloured, open plan beach design and tasteful interior furnishings make this luxurious villa truly one-of-a-kind.

It is located on top of a hill in a culdesac in Bloubergridge which is a very private, secure, well established and sought after area in Cape Town. Via a residential gate you have direct access to the stunning views of the picture postcard beach of Bloubergstrand with the backdrop of Table Mountain, Lions Head, the 12 Apostles as well as Robben Island.

The 3 Palms Beach Villa is nearby a wide variety of attractions and leisure activities as well as the City, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront (20 minutes drive) and the Cape Winelands of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek (1 hour drive), with the Durbanville Hills Winelands being straight at your doorsteps (15 minutes drive). Its location is also ideal for excursions to the West Coast, the Cederberg mountains and the Flower route.

Accommodation

The 3 stunningly furnished bedrooms are purpose-built for comfort and independently accessible.

The very spacious main bedroom has an en-suite with shower and bath and a desk with views onto Table Mountain, whereas one of the other 2 bedrooms has direct views onto the pool, Blouberg Beach and Robben Island, with both of these 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. All 3 bedrooms provide ample space within their built-in cupboards.

Amenities on offer are 3 double beds, 2 luxurious spacious glassed-in showers and 1 bath, hair dryers, safes, WIFI, etc.

The kitchen is furnished with all modern amenities, including fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, oven and microwave.

Feel at home within a bright informal lounge with views that take your breath away. Relax on the sofas, read a book or watch TV. In the evenings you might also enjoy the warmth and cosiness of an open indoor fire, as well as the stunning view of Cape Town by night.

Since I live less than 2 km from the property I will be at hand with assistance during your stay and obviously introduce you to the security and other general features of the 3 Palms Beach Villa (Garage, Satellite TV and Wifi operation, etc.) on your arrival. If interested I can provide you with an extended 23 pages infopack about what to do (daytrips, safari parks, adventure activities, car rental, etc.) and where to eat (extended list of pubs and restaurants of the area with location map and contact details). If you like to meet the locals I am happy to introduce you to my local pub and if you prefer to be left alone and just enjoy the tranquility and ambience of the Beach Villa then of course I am happy with a hands-off approach too.

Why can't I call Gert (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gert (the owner) a message.

If Gert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
