Merci pour vos commentaires bien que vous ne soyez pas passé par la plate-forme tripadvisor pour effectuer votre réservation, ce qui vous a permis de bénéficier d'un tarif relativement attractif. Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié l'environnement, la vue, ainsi que la superficie du gîte. Nous sommes également désolés pour la literie qui ne vous convenait pas,(problème de dos que vous auriez dû nous signaler lors de votre réservation), car effectivement nous n'avons pas de matelas orthopédique adapté à vos besoins. Nous précisons toutefois qu'un matelas supplémentaire a été installé afin de répondre à votre demande. Nous comprenons bien vos exigences en matière de décoration ou autres, et que nos gîtes vous semblent rustiques, mais faut-il après chaque locataire changer entièrement la vaisselle pour un verre cassé ou une assiette ? Nous tenons à préciser qu'il n'a jamais été mentionné dans notre annonce la présence d'un lave- linge, et pour info le canapé "défraîchi" n'a que deux ans, doit-on le changer tous les ans ? Concernant les coupures d'eau, malheureusement nous subissons en Guadeloupe ce problème depuis des années, même les grands hôtels de Saint François en sont victimes .... Nous sommes choqués par une telle déferlante de critiques alors que vous auriez pu de vive voix exprimer vos remarques, mais surtout vos attaques limite insultantes nous concernant. En Mr le Taiseux, et Mme L'obligeante, vous conseillent vivement de choisir pour vos prochains séjours une structure 5 étoiles, car définitivement la campagne et les campagnards ne sont pas compatibles avec vos choix de vacances. Merci à nos fidèles clients qui reviennent chaque année et qui eux apprécient les moments passés ensemble et nos efforts pour améliorer notre structure.

Why can't I call Hervé (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Hervé (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hervé (the owner) a message.

If Hervé (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
