Apartment OLTREMARE is very comfortable and bright, furnished in a modern style; through the warm colors of its furnishings, it expresses all the liveliness typical of the Mediterranean heat. He is part of the only professional brand in the area to offer dedicated apartments designed for families with young children on holiday at the sea, called CAPO D'ORLANDO APARTMENTS - Family Vacation in Sicily. Located 30 meters from the beach and 3 minutes by car from the city center. Located on the ground floor of a quiet family building, recently renovated and air conditioned in all environments. It is the ideal choice to spend your beach holiday in complete relaxation and away from the city bustle. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a large and comfortable living room-kitchen which houses a large double sofa bed; the fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a Full HD TV, is equipped with all the large and small appliances useful and necessary to prepare your favorite dishes. The corridor leads to two comfortable bedrooms, one of which is a large double room with Full HD TV, in shades of blue that recall the waves of the sea, where there is also a cradle equipped with a special thick mattress hypoallergenic. The second room, colored yellow, inspired by the sun and lemons of Sicily, is equipped with two single beds that become a perfect king-size double bed if necessary. The large bathroom in white and light blue tones is very bright, and besides finding the washing machine and the bathroom linen, it is characterized by a hydromassage shower with integrated FM radio, ideal also for 2 people, for a romantic and relaxing shower with music in background. Apartment OLTREMARE has a large outdoor area where there is a comfortable barbecue for your grilled meat and freshly caught local fish; a comfortable outdoor shower for a refreshing break just returned from the sea; an exclusive area with table, chairs and comfortable deckchairs; walking bicycles also with child seats; the play house for children and lots of home and beach toys. The arrangement of the interior spaces, perfectly separated from each other, allows this apartment to be chosen more and more often by families with young children and / or by 2 or 3 pairs of close friends. The furnishings and fabrics, in shades of red, white and blue, yellow and green, make the atmosphere of Apartment OLTREMARE very welcoming and familiar, designed to make you relax.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Carmelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
