The villas and bungalows are located in the residence Faro directly on the sea, fully furnished all the rooms and the garden, inside the residence offers: bar, snack bar, beach volleyball court, table tennis, outdoor and indoor animation at the residence, Internet point, breakfast or welcome drink, theme nights, beautiful coastline, perfect sun exposure. Near market, restaurants, pizzerias, beaches, horse riding. The tourist complex is within the "VILLAGE VILLAGE CAPO RIZZUTO" which means that the animation takes place throughout the day and throughout the country, in the morning on the beach and in the evening at the amphitheater, with particular attention to special evenings like the night of San Lorenzo, the white night and the night of August. the sea that surrounds us is crystal clear and very clean. The residence is located on the extreme point of Capo Rizzuto, under our structure there is mainly cliff with bays where you can access the sea, but Capo Rizzuto is surrounded by beaches. To be added as an extra cost the tourist tax that amounts to € 1 per person per day, for the days of stay, to be paid directly at check-in.

    If Elisa Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
