Trilocale lussuoso di mq.60 con 6 posti letto, situato al Piano Secondo con ingresso da scala in comune con altri due appartamenti, composto da soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e angolo cottura totalmente accessoriato con lavastoviglie e piano cottura ad induzione, atrio, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale, cameretta da due letti. Dotato di pompe di calore freddo e caldo, televisione, lavatrice, impianto satellitare, wi-fi. Tutti i mobili sono in abete spazzolato talcato, il tavolo è grande a 6 posti. Il soggiorno dispone di una grande portafinestra che accede ad un balcone con vista mare e vista piazza principale di Capoliveri. La camera ha una bella vista sia sul paese che sul mare, letto matrimoniale in ferro color avorio che risalta su una parete color azzurro, ampio armadio, cassettone, comodini, tutti in legno di abete spazzolato talcato. La cameretta ha un letto a castello in ferro color avorio (volendo si puo smontare e posizionare come 2 lettini affiancati), armadio e scrivania in legno laccato.     You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Casa Costanza (the owner) a message.

    If Casa Costanza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
