Bilocale molto grande di mq.65 con 4 posti letto, situato al Piano Terzo con ingresso da scala in comune con altri appartamenti. E’ molto suggestivo ed elegante in quanto situato nel sottotetto, mansardato (molto alto) con soffitti in travi di legno tinteggiate bianche ,illuminazione sotto le travi principali con strisce di Led. Si accede tramite scala interna direttamente nel grande soggiorno dove son posizionati ad angolo due divani di cui uno divano letto a due posti, zona pranzo, angolo cottura con cucina importante in Corian bianco (comprensiva di lavastoviglie e piano ad induzione), un tavolo a 6 posti, angolo frigorifero, atrio, bagno, camera matrimoniale. Dotato di pompe di calore freddo e caldo, televisione, lavatrice, impianto satellitare, wi-fi. Dalla sala due portefinestre accedono a due balconi con vista sulla piazza principale di Capoliveri. La camera ha una bella vista sul paese e sul mare, letto bianco che risalta su una parete (testata) tinteggiata color azzurro, ampio armadio, cassettone, comodini, tutti in legno laccato bianco. Dispone di parcheggio privato e gratuito a 300m dall'abitazione. Esposizione: Sud/Est

La biancheria letto + bagno è esclusa (Euro 30 a cambio)

La spiaggia più vicina è Madonna delle Grazie e si raggiunge in quindici minuti di cammino (discesa). le spiagge più belle della zona si trovano a 5 minuti di automobile.

    Gentile Mauro grazie per la sua recensione. Purtroppo in effetti l'acqua potabile all'Isola d'Elba, venendo da Piombino, non è delle più buone. Speriamo che in futuro l'acquedotto distribuisca la buona acqua delle fonti di Poggio o di Rio.     How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Casa Costanza (the owner) a message.

    If Casa Costanza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
