“Top villa, well presented”

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday here. Having used Holiday Lettings over the last 10 years this is probably the best villa we have had. The photos don't do the view justice! It is very well equipped - for living there rather than just visiting. I like the no breakage deposit but add to fund - we did not break anything but it engenders the right feel and respect. Really good house notes sent prior to going on holiday and the listing gives a really fair representation. The only downside is that restaurants and bigger shops are all 20 minutes drive away- but boy are the restaurants worth it! Great local food, sourced locally as were the wines - so people very much in touch with their traditions and environment. Pool was lovely, the balcony a joy to sit at with that open view. Really efficient dealings with the owners too. I highly recommend this for people who want to chill and eat well,particularly if you like truffles!

Why can't I call Steve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
