Home Chavella, is a luxurious country house contemporary, from the beginning of the last century, completely restored, with garden and pool, near the beach, in the Costa da Morte.

It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, on 2 levels, with a decor that blends the best of rustic tradition and modern design.

The House has been recently restored and thus the living room with its impressive fireplace, the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen... develop stay in this House, in a real home of rustic chic.

The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility, good example that beauty and style are compatible with functionality. On this floor is the large living-room with fireplace and TV, WIFI access, distributed in 3 main rooms, living area, dining room and area games and reading, a kitchen fully equipped, 2 rooms accessible for people with reduced mobility and also accessible bathroom.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 suite with jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with beautiful views.

This gentle bucolic retreat, with beautiful views of the Valley, is in a private estate of about 4,000 m2 with a nice garden of 1.000 m2 totally closed. You will enjoy its appetizing terraces and porches, its garden with swimming pool (have security fence), barbecue and outdoor dining.

This charming House is located in the heart of Costa da Morte, in the village of Verdillo, in a very quiet rural setting, close to the best beaches, yet excellently communicated by motorway with A Coruña 20 minutes; Santiago 35 minutes, Finisterre 45 minutes.

You can walk, hiking, biking, golf, surfing, long walks on horseback or just relax and just 5 minutes from Carballo, the nearest village, which features all services, supermarkets, cinemas, Spa, Center doctor, cafes, restaurants, areas of tapas... and even a local market every Thursday and every other Sunday.

Is a pleasure to enjoy beautiful landscapes to less than 10 min. from the spectacular beaches of Razo, Baldayo, forming part of one of the most important protected natural areas of Galicia, formed by beaches, dunes, salt marshes and a beautiful lagoon.

Casa da Chavella is the perfect getaway with charm and strategically located, with heating, fireplace, garden and swimming pool to enjoy throughout the year.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send VilaNovaa (the owner) a message.

    If VilaNovaa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
