Vivienda familiar muy amplia de 157m2. Situada en ZONA RESIDENCIAL y a 4 minutos de la playa.

Ideal 8 personas.

Para familias con niños por ser amplia y tener patio. Para disfrutar en familia y con abuelos con movilidad. Vacaciones con los niños, hermanos, sobrinos... Para pequeñas familias que deseen tener gran espacio y amplitud para descansar o disfrutar de una cómoda estancia en Carboneras o para pequeñas familias que deseen recibir visitas o alojar invitados. También alojamientos con mascota y alojamientos para grupos hasta 10 ó 12 personas.

Disponible mobiliario e instalaciones para juego infantil.

Por ser una zona tranquila, es ideal para disfrutar de la noche veraniega carbonera, pasando muy buenos ratos en compañía o en soledad, en la terraza o en el patio, simplemente al sereno. Cuando los niños duerman, si vienes con mascota, con amigos, con los abuelos, con tus padres, hermanos o invitados; o simplemente disfrutando de la noche con tu pareja.

Es una vivienda grande, en muy buen estado para los años que tiene Perfecta para disfrutar de unas, tan deseadas, vacaciones en la playa. Tiene todo tipo de facilidades para pasar muy poco tiempo cocinando o limpiando. Dispone de:

* Horno eléctrico con temporizador donde graduar la temperatura y olvidarse de la cocción hasta que suene la alarma y ... ¡listo para servir!

* Lavavajillas para no tener que estar mucho rato con las manos mojadas.

* Para facilitarte el cuidado de tus prendas con el mínimo esfuerzo, dispones de pila de lavar, lavadora, cuerdas fijas para la ropa y tendedero plegable portátil para prendas más delicadas.

* Ponemos a tu disposición toallas de playa para que te olvides de cargar pesadas maletas y solo traigas lo mínimo. Así podrás disfrutar de tus vacaciones desde el momento en que empiezas a preparar el viaje.

* Para no preocuparte por traer pequeños electrodomésticos (tan necesarios porque cuidan nuestro aspecto), dispones de secador de pelo, tabla de planchar y plancha.

* Dispones de cafetera, tostadora, batidora y, cómo no, de microondas y vitrocerámica. ¿Por qué utilizar una cacerola para calentar alimentos o una infusión o leche para el desayuno, cuando directamente del microondas a la mesa y de la mesa al lavavajillas? ¿Por qué, en lugar de emplear tanto tiempo en limpiar los fogones, no pasas directamente a la sobremesa, con una simple y rápida limpieza de la vitrocerámica de cristal?

* La vivienda dispone de trastero con enseres, electrodomésticos y productos de limpieza (aspirador, cepillo, recogedor, cubo con fregona). Además contiene estantería metálica para almacenar tus maletas y otros enseres liberando así el espacio del descanso y no entorpeciendo pasos y dormitorios.

Es una vivienda fresca. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas y dan a dos calles, paralelas, facilitando el paso del aire de una calle a otra a través de la vivienda, sucediéndose frescas brisas en la sobremesa y en la noche con las persianas a menos de media altura. No obstante se dispone de Aire acondicionado centralizado en todos los dormitorios, salón y cocina para que consigas la temperatura deseada en la vivienda.

Por las características de nuestro clima, a vuestra llegada os aconsejaremos como conseguir una estancia realmente fresca y acogedora maximizando la aclimatación conseguida sin romper exageradamente la cadena del clima interior.

La vivienda es amplia y puesto que tiene todo situado en una sola planta, verás que su mantenimiento te resultará fácil y rápido. Sólo tienes que estar dentro para comprobarlo. Para alojamientos a partir de 8 personas que requieran de instalación de cama supletoria, se llevará a cabo dicha instalación bien en las habitaciones de matrimonio bien en habitación doble de camas individuales, pasando a ser éstas, bien habitaciones triples o cuádruple.

El mobiliario infantil e instalaciones de juego infantiles son extras bajo petición y suplemento y están sujetos a distribución del espacio.

En habitación triple no se puede instalar a la vez cama de matrimonio, supletoria y cuna, en cambio sí es posible instalar cama de matrimonio con dos cunas.

Normalmente gestionamos documentalmente la entrada y entrega de llaves e intentamos respetar a nuestros huéspedes que llegan con un plan de viaje previo organizado. No obstante somos muy familiares y si os gusta una experiencia cercana y no os dio tiempo a preparar vuestro viaje tanto el día de la entrada como el resto de días des estancia os informaríamos sobre lugares que visitar o donde realizar degustaciones gastronómicas. Nos convertiremos en vecinos de temporada pues nuestra vivienda se encuentra en el mismo edificio.
