Duplex penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with huge terraces over the sea on both levels, large living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Community of only 7 houses with communal pool. Peace and quiet in a privileged place to the limit of urban land in a spot high on the beach, that produces the illusion of being in a boat on the sea terrace. It is an absolute, and access to the beach under the community is by a staircase steps from the portal. It is a quiet beach, low turnout even during the months of July and August. It is very close to the promenade, but without the inconvenience of noise and activity this constant NUM during the summer.

The attic has a secure car park next to the private entrance of the housing on an interior Street. The interior design is modern and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a luxury vacation. The maximum of people of any age who can occupy the penthouse is four, so it is ideal for two couples or a couple with two sons or daughters. It does not have access for the disabled. You can hire cleaning service separately if necessary. Nearby is an excellent shop catering for those who don't want to cook. A supermarket of quality and a beautiful restaurant with a patio covered with vines are within walking distance of the community, so you can walk. There are maps, street guide of coves and handouts for sports and cultural activities available to guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susana (the owner) a message.

If Susana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
