Response from the owner
Hi Thanks for taking time to leave a review and giving us 4 bubbles! We are glad you had an enjoyable stay and the dogs enjoyed it too! We always ask guests to report problems if they occur. Obviously if you don`t tell us things are broken we cant fix them for you!! I was told by our housekeeper at 11.45 am on Sat 3rd Nov that the garage light was loose, I organised to have it fixed and it was back secured by 16.15 on the same day! As far as needing tlc. We freshen up the rooms every year at the end of the season it is often not possible to do that while guests are staying. The "sticky table" is not a cleaning issue, it appears the summer sun (or something else)has affected the surface coating and we are in the process of changing it. Sorry the weather prevented you seeing the scenery in all its glory. It is really stunning on a good day to see the Cuillin mountain range from the front garden and the sea view of Loch Harport from the rear!!
