Extremely charming and small residence offering conviviality, tranquility and class in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia: the Ogliastra region, at the foot of the Gennargentu Mountains and 6km of peaceful beaches, even in high season.

The coast and the sea: long beaches, white sandy beaches and rich seabed. This part of the coast of the Ogliastra is characterized by long beaches, coves surrounded by limestone cliffs. In the hinterland you will find mountains, fantastic rock formations, forests (Sardinian deer) and archaeological excavations.

Partly by the exotic garden, a large swimming pool, a tennis court, a children's playground and your perfect equipped apartment and on the other hand its ideal location, you will remember your stay here for a long time. Moreover, you will be back again next year as many of the guests have done already. They all have nothing but praise for this accommodation and the warm welcome that one can expect each time again.

You can not let go of your work? In that case there is an excellent internet connection in each apartment at your disposal.

In a cozy way near the big barbecue with guests from other apartments or completely private and quiet on your private terrace, both are possible.

In the morning you can have the typical Italian breakfast in a bar, located within walking distance, (breakfast pastries, coffee, juice, ....).

On the same property we also have a small, cozy Bed & Breakfast. Guests of this Bed & Breakfast can also use the pool. The terraces of these rooms are located on the rear of this building.

Why can't I call Maria (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
