From the kitchen leads the dining room with a lovely oak floor, circular Pine table and chairs, comfortably seating four people. From the dining room a variety of birds from the nut hatch to the woodpecker can be seen on the bird table.
The down stairs bathroom is fully fitted with shower facilities over the bath.
There is also an upstairs toilet and wash basin, ideal for couples and families.
The first bedroom provides a Super king sized double bed with Edwardian bedroom furniture and looks out onto the orchard garden & open fields.
The the super king sized bed is easily separated to provided two full sized single beds if required.
The second bedroom provides a full sized double bed with pine bedroom Furniture and looks out on to open fields.
Heating is by efficient storage heaters.
The large garden provides a relaxing afternoon to enjoy the wide variety of birds, while reading the papers.
The games area allows you or the children to enjoy a game of Table tennis, dart or pool.
Ample off road parking is available directly outside your door.

Church Stretton is only 3 miles away offering a good selection of traditional shops, tea-rooms and restaurants. Berries tea room is a particular favorite with guests. Stretton antiques market is a must for any wet afternoon.
You can enjoy playing golf on one of the highest clubs in England on the side of the Long Mynd. The town park allows you to play tennis, mini golf and has a great children's play area and much more. If you are feeling really adventurous you can try Gliding and para-gliding with the Longmynd Gliding Club .
Within 30 minutes traveling we have the world famous Iron Bridge Gorge with 10 fascinating museums to visit. The Engenuity and Blist Hill museums are a favorite for children of all ages.
Bridgnorth is home of the Severn Valley Heritage Steam Railway, plus a funicular railway which links the high and low towns together.
Acton Scott Historic Working Farm (as seen on BBC2 Victorian Farm) . Stokesay Castle the 13th Century fortified manor house and Ludlow Castle are great for Children and adults with the guided tours bringing the castles alive.
The medieval county town of Shrewsbury home of Charles Dawin were you can enjoy a picnic in the quarry, a boat ride on the river and then go to the theater or cinema in the evening or just enjoy some shopping with all the high street shops at hand as well and visit the towns museums.
The historic market towns of Ludlow, Much Wenlock with English Hertiage- Wenlock Priory, Clun and its castle and Bishops Castle are all very different where you can source the the local food and produce. Wenlock pottery is a great family day out were you can try your hand at throwing a pot and then enjoy a delicious meal afterwards at the pottery.
If you area member of the National Trust or English Heritage you will be spoilt for choice with Cardingmill Valley in Church Stretton. Attingham park, Dudmaston, Berrington Hall and Powis Castle all within easy reach. Powis Castle has Stunning Gardens which are not to be missed any time of year.
Throughout the summer the local garden scheme runs with different gardens open to the public each weekend. Great for picking up unusual plants and ideas to take home.
