Don Ciccio is the ideal guest house for those people who like a relaxing and cultural holiday and represents a comfortable and quick alternative to a city centre or seaside hotel.

It is located in Villagrazia di Carini ( motorway way-out) in contrada Pinaireto, just 1 km from the airport and from the underground station to Palermo. Surrounded by a large green garden, with a comfortable solarium and swimming pool, it contains several green spots in one of the quietest places of the territory.

The town centre of Palermo can be easily reached by car or by underground in about 20 minutes. It is only 30 minutes far from the gorgeous Mondello beach and 45 minutes far from the enchanting Scopello beach, with its characteristic salt pits. Moreover it is near the main shopping centres of the territory.

The B&B contains 4 standard double rooms and a suite room, all provided with bathrooms.

The guest bedrooms are individually decorated and feature the main elements of Sicily: the Sea, with its relaxing light blue and white colours and the Sun, with its warm wood colours.

Each room contains anything a single or partnered traveller may need: wardrobe, chest of drawers, free wi-fi, flat- screen TV, balcony and open-door to the garden.

Si trova a Villagrazia di Carini (Uscita autostrada) in contrada Piraineto a 800 mt dal mare a solo 1 Km dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione della metropolitana per Palermo. Immerso in un grande giardino verde con un comodo solarium e piscina, ha diversi angoli verdi in una zona tra le piu' verdi e tranquille del territorio. Il centro di Palermo e' facilmente raggiungibile in macchina o con le frequenti corse della metropolitana di superficie in 20 minuti circa. A 30 minuti dalla splendida spiaggia di Modello , a 45 minuti dalla incantevole spiaggia di Scopello con la sua caratteristica “tonnara”.Vicina ai principali centri commerciali della zona. Contiene 3 stanze matrimoniali ed una stanza doppia , ciascuna di loro con un conveniente bagno annesso.Le stanze richiamano gli elementi principali della terra di Sicilia, il Mare, con i colori rilassanti dell'azzurro e del bianco, mentre il Sole con i colori caldi del legno. Il signore gira tanto e purtroppo molti colleghi diranno quello che sono costretto a dire abbiamo cercato di contattare il signore diverse volte perché forse non s iè accorto che non è un albergo e chiediamo sempre l'orario di arrivo per essere sempre pronti , visibilmente scocciato e incurante che arrivato con 3 ore di anticipo la camera era in piena lavorazione la piscina che gestiamo da anni è sempre stato il nostro punto di forza pulita grande attraente immersa in un giardino curato nei mini particolari , le stanze sono naturalmente adiacenti e alla faccia di chi viaggia spesso(?) e evidente che è una casa posso solo accettare la critica per 1 spugna che effettivamente era dimenticata (stanza fatta in tempo reale con il cliente... che aspettava...ma non posso accettare il resto i nostri bagni sono sempre puliti vedete le altre recensioni di turisti di tutto il mondo ...ma si Sto arrivando! putroppo gli italiani non si adattano a niente neanche ad una spugna..per il resto sconsiglio di accogliere il viaggiatore inquisitore che chiaramente non e uso a viaggiare

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Francesco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
