Vicino l'Aeroporto di Palermo, "A CASA DI STÈ" sorge nel centro storico di Villagrazia di Carini, sulla via Nazionale al civico 85, ad appena 20 minuti circa di strada dall'Aeroporto Falcone-Borsellino, raggiungibile in auto. L'appartamento è collegato con la città di Palermo, attraverso il sevizio pullman dell'Ast, la cui fermata è allocata proprio sotto. Inoltre, sempre nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano: la stazione metropolitana Piraineto, che collega l'Aeroporto Falcone - Borsellino a Villagrazia di Carini; la stazione di Carini e quella di Capaci, tutte raggiungibili in auto (quella di Carini, anche col servizio autobus urbano "Taormina").

Per la sua posizione geografica è un punto strategico, per chi volesse visitare Palermo ed i suoi dintorni e vista la vicinanza con l'aeroporto, per chi volesse sostare in attesa tra un volo e l'altro.

Circondato dai monti, è ad appena un chilometro dal mare e le spiagge più vicine sono quelle del baglio di Carini, di Torre Ulisse, di Marina Longa, di Capaci, Isola delle Femmine, Cinisi, Terrasini, Mondello.

A 150 mt, vi è l'ingresso delle catacombe Paleo-Cristiane, recentemente restaurate e aperte al pubblico. Vi sono altri siti di notevole interesse storico, naturalistico e culturale, tra cui il famoso Castello di Carini (noto per le vicende legate alla Baronessa); le numerose chiese tra cui la Chiesa Madre e l'Oratorio del SS. Sacramento; ma anche le grotte di Carburangeli; il Bio parco di Sicilia. Nelle immediate vicinanze (tutti raggungibili a piedi), vi sono: uno sportello ATM (a 20 mt circa presso il vicino ufficio postale), un supermercato, una salumeria, un panificio, un fruttivendolo, diversi bar e tabacchi, un'agenzia viaggi, dei negozi di abbigliamento, di calzature, una sanitaria, una farmacia ed una parafarmacia, diverse pizzerie ...

Gli appartamenti sono due, collocati in palazzine adiacenti. Uno, ha l'ingresso a primo piano ed ha una scala interna che divide la zona giorno dalla zona notte; l'altro ha l'ingresso a secondo piano ed è tutto su un livello. Hanno entrambi due camere da letto e due bagni. Sono molto ampi e luminosi. Le cucine sono abitabili ed entrambi hanno una zona lavanderia con annessa lavatrice.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Stefania (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefania (the owner) a message.

If Stefania (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
