Sea Esta is overlooking the Carlingford harbour with beautiful views of the lough and the Mourne mountains.

This homely holiday home is one of the oldest houses in the village Centre, situated on the main street of Carlingford with literally everything on your doorstep.

The house has had a recent makeover to suit the many needs of the Carlingford visitor.

Although they have added amenities to guarantee their visitors the best stay possible, they have left the great spirit and immense character of the old building intact.

All beds are brand new and they have been ensured most comfortable.

House layout

On the first floor is the only bathroom, but has two showers and is central to all living quarters.

There is an additional toilet in the back garden for convenience.

Bedroom one on the first floor, facing the back of the house, overlooks the tennis courts, the Lough and has a king sized bed.

Bedroom two on the first floor faces the front of the house, overlooking the buzzing main street and the majestic Sliabh Foy Mountain with one double and one single bed.

Bedroom three is the most spacious and occupies the third floor with an exquisite panoramic view of Carlingford Lough, The Mountains of Mourne and has one single and two double beds.

Outside

Outside you will find a picnic table in the back garden; ideal and very private if you’re hoping to have a BBQ or pre-drinks. The garden is enclosed and safe so that it’s hard to believe you’re in the Centre of the village.

Alongside the outside toilet which saves a lot of hassle we have a cellar for extra storage space if required.

Extras

Heating and electricity is included in the rate.

€200 security deposit payable to the caretaker onsite. This is returned on departure once the house is left in the same condition it was found.

Linen and towel are provided.

Pets allowed.
