Rooney Ridge Retreat is a beautifully furnished new construction 4 bedroom luxury rental home located in the quiet Cedar Flat neighborhood on the picturesque North Shore of Lake Tahoe. South facing for ample sunshine, this home enjoys lovely tree filtered views of the azure waters of Lake Tahoe.

The spacious great room with lake view features plenty of seating, and a flat screen television above the gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is spacious with an open plan with the sitting and dining area, and offers granite counter tops and new stainless appliances, including a large six burner range. The 20 foot dining table is perfect for larger gatherings, and can accommodate up to ten guests.

Downstairs, the game room (perfect for kids), offers another large television, two more sofas and a ping pong table. All four bedrooms have quality linens and new beds, so everybody gets to rest in comfort after a day of enjoying the myriad of outdoor activities Lake Tahoe has on offer year round.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

3. Driveway is considerably steep. Four wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months.

4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
