This vacation condo is the perfect beach get-a-way for the family that loves vacationing at the beach. We are less than 100 steps from the sandy beach. There is a pool right downstairs from this unit. We are on the 2nd level of a 3 level building which has 12 units. We do not have an elevator in the building. As you step onto the deck you will have an expansive ocean view that is ever-changing. Watch the sunrise and shrimp boats with your morning coffee. The kids will love going from the pool to the beach or the beach to the pool. Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, swimming and fishing (license required) in the surf. Bike everywhere!

Visit Fort Fisher National Monument and the North Carolina Aquarium - both a few miles south on the island. Take the ferry ride to Southport, a quaint little town across the Cape Fear River.

Be on the look-out for the sea turtle nests -- they are protected, but you may have an opportunity to "sit" one, waiting for the little turtles to hatch! Check out Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Project for more information.

Wilmington offers many things to do - historic tours, shopping, theater, movies, bowling, etc..

The Town of Carolina Beach sponsors a carnival from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Fireworks every Thursday evening, live music at the boardwalk, free movies on Sunday evening at the city lake

There are plenty of great places to eat - from sushi to seafood to steaks. You will find something you like!

The unit has a pack'n'play for the little one (indoor use only, please) as well as a child's booster seat. We supply bed and bath linen for you. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, pans & pots you could expect to have at home. We have left a bin with some spices in the cabinet, too. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars per unit.
