Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the private deck. Watch the dolphins play in the water. Enjoy the sound of the surf, walk on the soft white sand, pick up seashells and swim in the ocean. This very private, first floor end unit, oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the extremely desired Sand Pebbles community, is just steps from the beach, accessible by 2 private walkways across the dunes, plus 2 large pools overlooking the ocean. Just a few blocks down from the Lake and Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you are close to many of the attractions and restaurants of Carolina Beach. All new windows, laminate flooring, a new bathroom and sectional in the living room. There are comfortable furnishings through out the condo, an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom also overlooks the beach. It has a queen size bed with its own private bath. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin. This condo has all the comforts of home! Covered parking for up to two vehicles. Everything included, except for linens and towels, and the $250.00 refundable security deposit. ( I don't want to mislead anyone....the deck swing has been replaced with a glider.)

There are no BBQs allowed on the condo properties. Please don't feed the birds from the decks. All garbage must be taken to dumpsters before checking out. The condo needs to be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Towels and sheets are not included. There are plenty of pillows, blankets and mattress pads.

So happy you enjoyed your vacation and the condo. I wish I could change the parking or grill situation . There are a handful of spots in the front of the building that aren't underneath that could accommodate larger vehicles. Thanks for your feedback.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ellen (the owner) a message.

If Ellen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
