Il Trullo delle Fate sembra proprio magico, comunica sensazioni positive; sarà per quel bellissimo panorama sui grandi ulivi pugliesi ed in fondo il nastro blu del mare, sarà per la rinfrescante brezza marina che arriva mai violenta perchè smorzata dagli alberi, sarà per il profumo di storia che l'antico trullo comunica con le sue murature di pietra di spessore fino a mt 2,5, sarà per la funzionalità di una recente ristrutturazione che non l'ha stravolto ma ha cercato di valorizzare le sue peculiarità caratteristiche.
l Trullo delle Fate si distingue per la sua particolare posizione panoramica sul mare e sugli ulivi secolari caratteristici della zona, è vicino alla costa marina ma non sta proprio sulla spiaggia, il mare è ben visibile da casa, lo iodio arriva con la brezza ma smorzato dagli ulivi. Recentemente è stata aggiunta una piscina con idromassaggio e cascatelle a lama.
E' posto in campagna al centro di un terreno recintato di circa mq.6000 con accesso carrabile da strada asfaltata e ampio parcheggio privato.
E' composto da una parte molto antica ( trullo a 3 coni dove c'è il soggiorno con la cucina ) collegato ad un ampliamento recente composto di 2 stanze da letto ( con cupole in pietra) e due bagni.
La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono curati con charme e nel pieno rispetto dei materiali e della tipologia del luogo.
Nel trullo antico c'è il soggiorno con un grande tavolone con ai lati due panche che si aprono in due letti singoli, un angolo cottura fornito di frigo, frezeer, lavastoviglie, forno, piastra cottura 4 fuochi, una zona con caminetto e due poltroncine , televisore con antenna satellitare, wi-fi compreso.
Un passaggio interno conduce alla zona notte con due ampie camere matrimoniali e due bagni ( uno con vasca, l'altro con doccia ).
L' arredamento è curato e ricercato con sobrietà ed eleganza.
La zona notte è fornita di aria condizionata fresco/caldo, i bagni di aria calda, il soggiorno/cucina nel trullo antico è ben isolato da solo con i suoi muri spessi fino a mt. 2,5, comunque per l'inverno;e un comodo caminetto a legna ed una stufa a gasolio del tipo catalitico,
C'è la disponibilità di lettino-culla, con seggiolone.
Accanto al trullo si può mangiare in un ampio terrazzo ombreggiato con cucina esterna fornita di lavello, cucina a gas ( 2 fuochi) grande tavolo esterno, barbecue, panche.
Il giardino recintato è di circa mq. 6000 ed è attrezzato con ombrelloni, tavoli, panchine e sedie da esterno, amaca.
Doccia calda esterna sul retro, parcheggio auto, climatizzazione, tutti gli elettrodomestici.
La casa è fornita di tutta la stoviglieria e l'attrezzatura necessaria compresi scopa elettrica, minipimer, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, scopa elettrica e le piccole cose che completano l'uso corrente.
Sul retro c'è un ripostiglio con le bombole del gas, lo scaldabagno e la lavatrice, stendino e piccola tavola da stiro.

Very quiet and isolated but near other holiday houses; entrance via paved road, 6000 mq. walled garden and large private parking; all the comforts with typical charateristic furniture, completely restructured in 2012 to provide every modern comfort while respecting the original context.
The house consists of living/dining room in the antique stone house(trullo)with cooking space and working fireplace; 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms have been recently added with vault roof, 2 sofa beds, baby bed available upon reguest, furnished terrace with gas barbecue, outdoor hot shower in back of the house, security alarm system, wall safe, air conditioned, all household appliances.
The ancient Trullo is the living room with a big table flanked by two benches that open into twin beds, a kitchenette with fridge, frezeer, dishwasher, oven, 4 hubs, an area with a fireplace and two chairs , satellite television, including wi-fi.
An inner passage leads to the sleeping area with two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower).
The furniture is studied with simplicity and elegance.
Next to the Trullo you can eat in a large shaded terrace with an outdoor kitchen with sink, gas stove (2 burners) large outdoor table, grill, benches.
The enclosed garden is about sqm. 6000 and is equipped with umbrellas, tables, benches and outdoor, hammock chairs.
On the back there is a utility room with gas cylinders, water heater and washing machine, drying rack and small iron board.
