All the accommodation is available to travellers. All the areas described are private.

- A main living/kitchen/dining room opening onto the south-facing garden, with television, table for 4 people, sofa bed for two people (new sofa bed, August 2023).

- One bedroom with single bed, quality spring mattress.

- A shower room with washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer.

- A terrace with a south-facing flower garden (19 m2 in total), with relaxation area and dining area (with barbecue-grill)

- A large north-facing terrace (35 m2) with table, chairs and sun loungers, a popular spot in summer because of its coolness.

LOCATION - PROPERTY

This flat is located in a very quiet, well-kept and pleasant new residence with green spaces.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

The neighbourhood is located in the residential area of Carqueiranne between the village and the port. The beaches and town centre are less than 10 minutes' walk away. The location is ideal.

BEACH

Located 600m from the sea.

Pradon beach 600m away, 7-minute walk.

AMENITIES

Supermarket, mini-markets, newsagents, tobacconists, shops, banks, bakeries, numerous restaurants, Provencal market (every Thursday). Night markets and entertainment at the port or in the town centre during the summer.

ACTIVITIES

Numerous walks along the coast and in the pine forest, boat hire, diving, kayaking, amusement park 5 minutes away by car, disco within walking distance...

Parking is available inside the residence (maximum two cars).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The nearest bus stop is 500 metres away, and the bus line serving the town of Carqueiranne is line 39. It provides direct connections to Hyères, Le Pradet and Toulon.

ACCESSIBILITY

The flat is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building. It has its own entrance via a private terrace.

However, disabled access is not possible, as the pathway is separated from the terrace by ten or so steps.

On each terrace, you'll find relaxation areas (deckchairs, sun loungers) as well as dining areas and a cast-iron Krampouz barbecue-grill (made in France) complete with accessories (fork, spatula, tongs, apron, etc.).

There's also a hose and spray gun for rinsing off or cooling off.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
