Villa La Pagerie is built on a half acre flowered garden, just feet away from a secluded beach where spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy sea basin – ideal for safe swimming and home to many tropical fish species.

The house offers five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms on the main and upper floors. In addition, the basement is equipped with a private entry, two single beds, a bathroom and can accommodate a live-in chef/housekeeper or extra guests as required. The villa is ideally fit for a party of up to ten guests.

The estate is located within the High North Nature Park on the northwestern side of Carriacou boasting parrots, iguana, turtles and other wildlife. This area also features the nicest and most secluded beach on the island, Anse La Roche (a few minutes by boat and 20 minutes walk from the villa).

Another gorgeous sand beach, Paradise Beach, is 15 minutes by car south of the villa, also on the Caribbean Sea. Opposite Paradise Beach is tiny, yet beautiful, Sandy Island, featuring coconut trees that provide shade from the tropical sun and the best snorkelling around.

Beautiful and very comfortable villa with private beach. Enjoyed snorkelling around the reef in front the villa and doing day trips to nearby islands. Would definately love to visit again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christina (the owner) a message.

If Christina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
