The House, on three levels but with separate entrance, is located in the historical centre of an ancient Ligurian village and looks, with its terraces, double on the quiet valley surrounded by rolling hills and cool Woods. Quiet and peaceful, the village comes alive during the summer with events of great importance as the concert Festival in honor of Nicolò Paganini who was born here.
Accessed from stairs that connect the various levels in the country and, from the first lower terrace, planted, you enter the main entrance.
The Interior consists of a kitchen area and a living room with sofa (can also be used as a single bed), dining table and fireplace. Which leads to two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. The internal staircase leads to the mezzanine that overlooks, with its cosy and intimate room, to the upper terrace. Here you will find an en suite bathroom, equipped with washing machine, shower, toilet and a second bathroom is outside on the lower terrace. A gazebo protects from the Sun during the summer and, under the Pergola, you can prepare fresh or sunny outdoor dining. A convenient watering system facilitates maintenance of plants that adorn the terrace.
Although not isolated, the House has its complete autonomy from the rest of the dwellings and enjoys a wonderful panorama. Receives light at all hours of the day but, even in the hottest months, ensures cool inside and more or less sunny areas outside. The kitchen is equipped of essential services (fridge, small oven, larder), TV and VCR in the living room. In the Loft is the music area with specialized library on local tourism.
The village of ancient origin, is located in the hills behind the Cinque Terre, easily reached by car, or walk through the ancient paths, or public bus services.
Place in 450 meters between hills and bocshi, enjoys a wide and clear. The village still retains ancient characters and is conveniently connected to the motorways (15 km) and a cozy and quiet roads that lead both to inland villages magnifii (Varese Ligure) is the most popular seaside resorts (Sestri Levante, Levanto, Bonassola, Deiva). In 30 minutes you reach La Spezia and from here you can continue on to the Apuan Alps, the Versilia or historic cities like Lucca.
The village comes alive during the summer with concerts devoted to the figure of Nicolò Paganini, whose family is originally from the wagon. The climate is temperate autumns are colorful, fresh summer evening and warm during the day. Spring is the perfect time for walking in the valleys and the nearby mountains (Monte Gottero — Passo di Cento Croci-Zum Zeri etc.)
