From the owner

This holiday apartment was renovated and is on the first floor of the house. It is quietly situated outside of Carvoeiro, right by the coast, affording a unique view of the sea. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the fine sandy beach at Vale Centianes. Shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

The 80m² apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and two single beds (90 x 190cm). The living room with modern furnishing provides a sitting area with a sofa and satellite TV, as well as a dining space for four people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower or bath and toilets.

The apartment has its own furnished terrace with a sea view.

The apartment has an air conditioning in every room. Available at a charge. It can You can use the Internet connection free of charge.

It is only about a three-minute walk to the small but lovely sandy beach at Vale Centianes. An elongated stone stairway leads down to the beach, which also has services. Within 100 metres you can find restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries.

Transfer can be ordered only from/to Faro airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
