Description

Located in the centre of Carvoeiro, Apartment dos Santos is ideal for all your holiday needs. This spacious first floor apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout (optional extra) Behind the apartments there is an extensive sun terrace with pools and the beach of Carvoeiro is approx. 250m away. This apartment is registered with the local authorities under the 'Local Lodgings' scheme (AL - Alojamento Local) and has been inspected and passed as suitable for rental. Both the bedrooms and lounge give independent access through patio doors onto the large terrace, which overlooks the bustling village streets. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is a great apartment for a holiday break and ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a family with 2 children. The large, partially shaded terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and can be accessed from both bedrooms and the lounge, has proved very popular and is perfect for watching the world go by while relaxing with a cool drink. Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished and renewed in January 2011 and new flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. A wood burning stove has been installed for winter heating.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom en suite and the second bedroom has twin beds with a shower room next door. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning units to provide summer cooling and winter heating. Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished and renewed in January 2011 and new flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. A wood burning stove has been installed for winter heating.
The kitchen is large, bright and well-equipped including micro-wave, dish-washer and washing-machine.The lounge/dining room is fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning and has CD player, DVD, and there is satellite tv with some English channels.

The large 16 x 8m pool is for the exclusive use of the apartments and is equipped with sun-beds. There is also a separate kiddies pool, sun-terrace and shower facilities.
There is ample parking on the street both in front (some metered from April-October) and at the back of the apartments.

Carvoeiro is one of those most beautiful places on the Algarve, it has everything for everyone. Attractions are close by. Never slept so well, a great relaxing holiday and will be back again. My husband, 2 children and myself stayed for 10days in this wonderful apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The balcony was a great size and the location was perfect to everything. We have stayed at Monte durado before and have loved it Every time. My children enjoyed the pool and everyone was so friendly. Such an enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

The apartment has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely big balcony, with table, chairs and sun loungers. Close to bars and restaurants, and just a few minutes walk to the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kitty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
