The home has a beautiful living area, with a comfy sofa that converts into a bed. You can relax around the dining table, next to the log fireplace or watch TV (UK and other channels streamed by Monte Dourado service), Blu-Ray player with WiFi connectivity included.FREE INTERNET connection via a fixed telephone line..

There are 2 good-sized bedrooms: bedroom one has a super-king sized bed with a large NEWLY REFURBISHED en suite shower room, bedroom two has two single beds with access to shower/toilet facilities just around the corner. Both bedrooms have their own balconies to sit and relax on.

Enjoy the weather and take a swim in the outdoor swimming pool or sit on a balcony with a glass in your hand and watch the world go by below.

The apartment is situated on the southern end of a block close to the heart of the village and is only a 2 minute walk from the beach, less for local groceries and tourist shops. Perfect for couples and a safe environment for families.

As we are not resident in Carvoeiro we have a management company who look after the apartment for us, InterReal Lda. Contact details are sent to them and they arrange 'keys' and will visit to check everything is OK. They are contactable all the time if there are problems. Alternatively we can be contacted by email or phone if necessary to help out at any time.

This is our home and we hope our guests appreciate the apartment and treat it as if it were their own home. Being an apartment means there are neighbours (some are permanent residents), therefore consideration must be given regarding noise levels, so no parties I'm afraid.
NO candles inside or outside, we have had tables and cushions ruined!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
