This fantastic 2 bedroomed house with air conditioning is comfortably furnished and immaculate throughout.The property is single storey with a small private garden and views across the garden to the sea. The onsite communal pool is just a short walk away.

Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the bustling little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Vale do Milho Golf Course being a few minutes away, and many other Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive. The light and airy lounge /dining room is air conditioned with TV and wood burner. Patio doors lead to the terrace and lawn, offering stunning views.There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both are air conditioned. The Master bedroom also has a safe and doors to the terrace. There is also a separate family shower room. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a well-appointed kitchen, fully fitted with microwave oven, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.

Leading from the sitting room and master bedroom terraces, the villa has a small private south facing lawned area, bordered by a hedge. There is also a roof terrace with panoramic sea views sweeping across from Lagos to Armação de Pêra. Sun loungers, a freestanding barbecue and outdoor table with 5 chairs are provided.Within a few minutes stroll is the shared pool, Lighthouse Restaurant and the beautifully maintained communal gardens at Clube Golfemar. There is ample parking available.

Air conditioning / heating is available as an optional extra for 90€ per week.

Please note there is NO FREE POOL available. There is an independently owned pool on the complex that Clube Golfemar guests may use, subject to the following conditions:

-Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm;

-Any person(s) wishing to sun bathe in the pool area using the sun beds is required to pay 5,00€ per person per day;

-The cost of each sun bed will be reimbursed for every 20,00€ spent in the pool bar or restaurant;

-Anyone choosing not to use the sun beds provided and, instead, lay on the grass must do so in the designated area provided;

-It’s not permitted for any person(s) to bring sun beds or other furniture into the pool area;

-No food and drink can be consumed on these premises unless purchased from the Lighthouse Restaurant. Only small snacks, biscuits and fruit will be permitted for young children;

-The swimming pool may be closed on Sundays (BBQ day of the restaurant);

Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.

Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

PLEASE NOTE - A fully refundable damage deposit of 250€ is payable in advance of your arrival, for which you will be invoiced. This will be refunded by bank transfer shortly after the end of your holiday.

We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival, We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire.
