Full apartment, in a private condominium, right in the center of Carvoeiro, less than 1 minute walk from the beach of Carvoeiro. House fully equipped.

House with 2 Bedrooms double bed and two bathrooms and a sofa bed extra, a limited safe terrace with view over Carvoeiro, BBQ, free unlimited 4G wireless internet, really close to the fantastic Carvoeiro Beach and short distance to some others amazing beaches, like Marinha, Benagil, Vale sto Eanes, Carvalho.

The Carvoeiro is a beautiful Algarve village , traditional with great food and surrounded by fantastic beaches .

Very run down and shabby very dangerous unsafe staircase and the garden furniture is a joke a broken toilet seat in one of the bathroom's and very very old lampshade in the living area which is broken a lot of steps to reach the house which is by the beach but you can't actually see the beach as the house is at the back of a hotel

Tout était conforme à la description mais...tout n'était pas écrit: - les volées d'escaliers interminables et très éprouvantes avec d'énormes bagages - la terrasse qui a du donnrer auparavant sur la mer, mais la vue est masquée par un immeuble! - le niveau rez-de-chaussée où se trouvent les chambres quasi sans fenêtre et qui sent le renfermé voire le moisis! A part cela qui ne correspond pas à nos critères de vacances, l'emplacement est idéal et la terrasse immense et pratique! Aucun problème de parking dans la rue adjacente. Quelques soucis avec la connexion internet vite résolus par le propriétaire facilement joignable! Dommage que ce ne soit pas lui qui fasse la réception ... la charmant dame qui nous a accuillis ne parle que le portugais!

Response from the owner C'était vraiment dommage que j'ai lu votre commentaire pour les 2 nuits qui étaient dans notre maison, que je me rendais compte n'étaient pas mauvais, mais aussi pas génial. En fait, par rapport à la grande salle, nous avons également pris en compte votre commentaire, et nous avons fait un travail, où une énorme fenêtre a été construite, maintenant beaucoup de lumière arrive et résout tous les problèmes qui pourraient exister avec l'humidité. Parce que c'était votre séjour en octobre, il n'était pas possible d'avoir quelqu'un qui fait normalement la réception, mais j'ai personnellement parlé avec vous plusieurs fois au téléphone en soutenant toujours ce qui était nécessaire, et semblait toujours très heureux avec la maison et le séjour. Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire qui nous donnera la chance d'améliorer notre maison à Praia do Carvoeiro. Merci beaucoup.

“Lovely Carvoeiro holiday”

Pedro was very responsive and really helpful from booking to when we were about to leave the apartment. The location of the apartment is literally a 2 mins walk from the beach and was ideally situated right in the centre of Carvoeiro for all the bars and restaurants. If you like a beach holiday, with easy walking access to restaurants and bars this apartment would be ideal.

We had a wonderful vacation at Carvoeiro. The house is situated just above the beach of Carvoeiro, we walk to the beach, have lunch in the house and came roundxfj returned to the beach.Just got the car one day to see the beautiful beaches of Marinha and Carvalho. The house is large, has 2 bathrooms, plenty of sunshine, a great terrace overlooking the village and the location is stupendous, could not be better. Pedro was very friendly and everything went smoothly. We will return to Carvoeiro and probably to the house of Peter. I highly recommend it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
