This luxury 4 bedroomed Algarve villa with sea views benefits from pool and BBQ area, and is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro but within a short drive of beautiful beaches (Carvoeiro 5 min, Vale Centianes 10 min) and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large private pool with surrounding terrace and fantastic BBQ area offering stunning views across the area. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.

This beautifully maintained house offers a piece of Algarvean luxury. The large airy open plan living area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player, attractive open fireplace, and has triple aspect bi-fold doors opening onto a terrace and large private swimming pool area.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of £160 p/w.

The dining area with seating for 8 people enjoys beautiful views across the Algarve.

The modern open plan kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee machine - everything you need! There is a breakfast bar with stools for 3 people.

The villa has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus sink.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first. Three of the bedrooms have super king-size beds, and the 4th bedroom is a twin bedroom.

The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Living Rooms - Comfortably furnished lounge with sofas and armchairs, a log burning fire, and TV . Patio doors lead to pool terrace and BBQ area with table and chairs, and magnificent views.

Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Bedrooms - 4 bedrooms consisting of 3 large double/king bedrooms and a spacious twin bedroom.

Bathrooms - 4 Bathrooms. An en-suite shower room to Master Bedroom, 1 Family bathroom, a shower room and guest bathroom.

Utility Room - Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board/iron.

Other - BBQ area with shaded poolside lounging and dining area.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath/pool towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. Maid service is included.

Outside

The villa has a large pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols, providing a great lounging and sunbathing area. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £150 per week.

For those who prefer more shade there is a large bamboo pagoda area with comfy sofas and table & chairs. There is also a fabulous poolside BBQ area ideal for al-fresco dining at any time of the day. The villa also benefits from an outdoor pool table, perfect to keep teens and older amused.

There is an upstairs terrace with comfy lounging furniture which has a superb view of the surrounding area.

Getting around

Location The house is well situated in a tranquil position just 1.6km from Carvoeiro, so easily walkable or just a short driving distance from The house is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. Approximately 3 kms from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro (once an old fishing village) with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 10 minutes drive. We also suggest a visit to Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit. As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire. Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
