Set in a large fully fenced and gated plot, this luxury 6 bedroom villa is perfect for families who would like to not rely on a car during their stay, with an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants of Carvoeiro. It has a large heated pool with surrounding terrace and fantastic BBQ area. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.

This charming 6 bedroom family villa has been modernised but retains some lovely traditional features. It is ideally situated on a quiet road, just a few minutes walking distance of Carvoeiro. There are 6 large bedrooms and 5 modern bathrooms, plus large pool and terrace area which is peaceful and secluded.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area (seats 12 people), with patio doors leading to the pool and shaded external eating area. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped, with separate laundry area. On this level there are 5 bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms (one of each has patio doors leading to the pool and terrace). Two twin bedrooms share the use of a full bathroom and there is an extra WC. The other three bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with small patio and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The villa is air conditioned throughout.

Car hire is not necessary, but can be arranged if required. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Living Rooms - Comfortably furnished lounge with sofas, a log burning fire, and TV (Satellite TV with UK channels). Patio doors lead to pool terrace and BBQ area with table and chairs. Internet.

Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Bedrooms - 3 Double bedrooms (one upstairs) and 3 Twin bedrooms.

Bathrooms - 5 Bathrooms. Bathroom 1 - Shower Enclosure (en suite to bedroom 1), Bathroom 2 - Toilet , Bath (no shower over), Shower Enclosure. Bathroom 3 - Toilet , Shower Enclosure. Bathroom 4 - Toilet , Shower Enclosure. Bathroom 5 - Toilet , Shower Enclosure.

Laundry Area - Washing machine, sink and ironing board/iron.

Other - BBQ area with shaded poolside lounging and dining area.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath/pool towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. Maid service is included.

The villa is fully fenced and gated, with a large private gated driveway large enough for several cars.

The private swimming pool (pool heating is available as an optional extra) is secluded, with surrounding terrace and plenty of sun loungers. There is a poolside BBQ area and shaded alfresco dining area.

Getting around

Location The house is well situated in a tranquil position, easily walkable or just a short driving distance from beaches, supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The house is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is not essential, but recommended in order to visit many interesting places nearby. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive. We also suggest a visit to Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10! Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes

Interaction with guest

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit. As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We meet and greet you, and provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, and Stairgate are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire. Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
