Tres Palmas, a villa in Paradise. This lovely private villa located in Casa de Campo boasts a stunning open air great room that can be used with or without screens to let the ocean breezes flow throughout the home. Very few homes in the community offer screens to keep out pests. Huge windows on both sides overlook the golf course, pond and ocean horizon views. Three separate dining areas and multiple seating areas inside and out.

Wake to the sound of birds chirping outside your bedroom window in one of the four bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and high efficiency a/c. Three bedrooms are equipped with two double beds each and the master bedroom has a King size bed and an optional comfort height Queen airbed.

New 50" flat screen TV in Great room as well as an outdoor TV and seating area. The lovely kitchen with Mahogany cabinets and granite counter tops is fully stocked. New Stainless steel Frigidaire Pro appliances. Private Pool, jacuzzi and wraparound patio. New outdoor kitchen with gas grill, charcoal grill and smoker. All bed linens and towels are provided. Our full time housekeeper comes daily to prepare breakfasts and lunches upon request, and to clean and wash clothes. Child care and professional catering available upon request.

Watch the most beautiful sunsets at Minitas Beach, a private beach with towels, chaise lounges and beach waiters. For an enchanting evening visit Altos de Chavon, a 16th century replica of a Mediterranean village perched high above the Chavón River. Quaint shops, boutiques, art galleries, fine restaurants and an archeological museum are just a sampling of the world that awaits atop the picturesque cliffs of Casa de Campo.

Altos de Chavon also has a Roman-styled 5,000-seat amphitheater that hosts 20th century musical acts including Elton John (2014). Génesis, a nightclub provides a popular dance venue for guests of Casa de Campo.

The Casa de Campo resort charges each guest a $25 per day required resort fee upon arrival which includes chairs, umbrellas, towel service at the beach and hotel pools as well as access to marina, Altos de Chavon and all areas of the resort.

Casa de Campo charges a daily resort fee to all renters that covers access to all areas of the resort including free chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach and hotel pools. It is approximately $25 per day per person and will be collected by them at check in. Copies of passports or Cedulas are required after confirmation of reservation in order to register everyone with security.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gloria (the owner) a message.

If Gloria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
