We offer a very comfortable, recently renovated independent private room in our spacious villa located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Casablanca. Only 5 minutes by foot from the beach promenade and its restaurants and 10 minutes by car from the city center. Enjoy your complimentary breakfast on the terrace overviewing the ocean, take a swim in the pool.

Overlooking the garden, the room is adjacent to the main building and the common areas. It has its own bathroom and terrace and offers an independent access, allowing you to enjoy moments of calm and privacy. It is equipped with AC/heating, satellite TV, wifi, a safe deposit box and offers high quality bedding. Hot water is provided by solar panels, thanks to the more than 300 sunny days Casablanca enjoys every year. If you do not want to have lunch or dinner outside, food delivery services are one click away. For bookings of more than 2 people, more space is available in our villa.

Getting around

Taxis can be found everywhere down the street. The modern and clean tramway can be reached in only 10 to 15 minutes by foot. It will take you to the city center and the different business districts of the city. We can arrange airport and railway station pick-ups and drop-offs upon request.

Interaction with guest

We wish to give our guests all the privacy they need, but we will always be happy to exchange tips and recommendations about our favourite places in Casablanca and elsewhere in the country. Casablanca, as the main transportation hub of Morocco, is a perfect base to discover other beautiful cities such as Rabat (1 hour away by train), Marrakech, Fez, Agadir or Essaouira. For business travellers, fast optic fiber internet, a laser printer and work space in the living room or the winter garden are available all day long. Upon request, and based on space availability, we can also set up a fully equipped business room for your meetings and provide canapés, cakes, soft drinks, coffee and tea to your team and clients.

House rules

Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you may smoke on your terrace or in the other outdoor areas. No parties can be organized and only those who have booked the room are allowed on the premises. In respect of the country rules, moroccan couples have to be married in order to share the same room and we do not sell alcohol to our guests. Small pets allowed upon request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Martina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
