Renting a nice apartment, sea view, in the historic center of Casale Marittimo, medieval village in the province of Pisa. The House, also of medieval origin, lies on the walls of the Castle and has been restored respecting its characteristics typical of the area.The apartment of 73 square meters in size, is located in the first floor and has a double perspective: one side of the House, overlooking the sea, and the other on the village and on the walls of the Castle. Half of the apartment (about 35 sqm) is characterized by living in open space, with an open kitchen, a dining table and a large living room, complete with two large white sofas and fireplace. Bathroom with bath and vaulted ceiling. The floor of the living area is, how typical of our area.The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathrooms (decorated with Mosaic and parquet floor), the other room has a bed from a square and a half. The whole ceiling with wooden beams.The sleeping area is equipped with parquet floors. Just 500 metres from the House there is a large car park. Casale M.mo is just 3 km from Cecina, 5 km from the beaches of the coast and 10 miles from Bolgheri and Castiglioncello. Nearby you can also find the ' Macchia della Magona Park with nature trails. In the village there are restaurants and pizzerias and typical cuisine.Are within easy reach of the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Volterra (km. 34), Siena (85 km), Florence (126 km), Lucca (93 km), Pisa (70 km).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giada (the owner) a message.

If Giada (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
