Il Villino dei fiori e' un'antica villa di fine 800, su due livelli, recentemente ristrutturato e diviso in appartamenti spaziosi.

L'apprtamento principale di ben 200 mq, al pian terreno si compone di un'ampia sala, con angolo cottura, un piccolo bagno di servizio, living molto spazioso con divani, che si apre su una bellissima terrazza arredata con tavolo, sedie, poltrone e divano . Quello che stupisce tutti gli ospiti è la vista sul porto di Casamicciola Terme, vista incantevole sul mare. Un bellissimo pergolato fa da cornice.

Al piano superiore due spaziosissime camere da letto con bagno privato, tutto in tinta e con il tema dei colori. Nelle due camere troverete: aria condizionata, televisore, phon, e in una camera anche una piacevolissima poltrona massaggiatrice.

Camera aggiuntiva con letto matrimoniale e aria condizionata ma senza bagno autonomo...

On the first floor three bedrooms of which two with private bathroom.

The pink room with a pink bathroom and the blue room with a blue bathroom,both double,include a T.V. and air conditioning.

Another little bedroom without bathroom inside.

Downstairs there is a very spacious dining romm, with direct access to private terrace with panoramic beautiful view .

Small bathroom for guests.

It is not necessary to have a car to enjoy your holiday because soon after arranging your belongings and luggages , it is very easy to get the center of Casamicciola on foot (only 5 minutes walk)

In the centre there is a chemist,a church,a tourist office(information),the Post Office,the bank with annected Bancomat,a Rent a car,a bar ,restaurants and pubs ,and shops of every kind.

Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place).

Why can't I call Giorgio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giorgio (the owner) a message.

If Giorgio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
