Luxury holiday villa with private pool and graden to rent! 4 large bedrooms with space for 8 people. All extras included!

Luxury and spacious villa with private garden and pool for rent! The villa has been built in year 2004 and offers 255m² built surface plus 82m² on terraces (42m² covered) on a plot of 900m²! There is a large parking area and private tropical garden with large pool of 8m x 4m! The plot is totally enclosed and is midst 2 other villas. The plot is located in a small complex of private villas in short distance to beach, village mith amenties and 3 golf courses in less than 1,5 kms.

The plot is totally level and you can drive with your car direct till the entrance of the villa. There are no steps! On the parking area there is space for several cars.

The ground level offers 164m2 of built surface plus 57m² on terraces (42m² covered). There is a spacious entrance hall with lot of storage room due to built-in wardrobes and separate guest toilet. The 45m² large living room offers a dining area and large living area with fireplace. The open planed kitchen is on the side and fully equipped. It offers separate dining room and utility room with washing mashine and tumble dryer. From kitchen and living room you have direct access to the terrace and garden. On the main terrace there is an outside dining table and separate lounge area consiting of 2-seater-sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Infront of the main terrace there is the well kept tropical garden with private pool of 8m x 4m which is between 1,5 and 2,1 m deep.

On the other side of teh ground floor you will find the first 2 bedrooms, each one is bright and spacious and offers en-suite full bath. The pool-side bedroom offers even a walk-in wardrobe and very spacious bathroom with double sink, bath, WC and separate shower cubic. The second bedroom offers built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath, wc and bidet.

A staircase in the hallway is leading on to the upper floor with over 91m² plus 25m² on terrace. The bedroom facing the courtyard offers small walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and wc. The master bedroom is facing to the south and offers large walk-in wardrobe, spacious en-suite bathroom with large whirlpool bath, double sink, separate shower cubic and separet toilet with wc and bidet. This bedroom has also direct access to the upper terrace with 25m2 which is overlooking the garden/ pool area. On thsi level there is also a small storage room.

The well kept tropical garden offers a lot of space to relax in the sun. There is a second terrace with a second outside dining area by the pool.

For your comfort there is air cinditioning (hot and cold) in all 4 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. There is WIFI-Internet access within the hole house and SAT-TV.
