A beautiful apartment located on the luxury Majestic Hills development in Bahia de Casares. This very spacious property has been newly furnished to a high standard and comprises of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and has satellite TV & WiFi. There is air-con/heating throughout and a large terrace with dining area & views of the countryside/sea.

The master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and a king-size bed. It has double doors that lead onto the terrace, and a very well appointed en-suite with double sink and a bath/shower, as well as separate shower & bidet. The two further bedrooms (1 king-size/1 double) also have fitted wardrobes, and share the family bathroom, which also has a bath/shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Majestic Hills has two large swimming pools (one of which is in the summer sun until 9pm), magnificent views of the mountains, and award winning gardens.

The apartment is 800m from the beach, and is located close to the marina of Duquesa and the beach front town of Sabinillas. There is a children’s playground 5 mins walk away with an adjacent cafe/bar. It is just a short drive into Puerto Banus and Marbella and less than ten minutes from Estepona. You can reach Gibraltar within half an hour, Malaga in under an hr, and explore the nearby pretty white villages of Casares and Gaucin.

Locally there are many great restaurants and bars, water parks, plenty of water sports and a really lovely zoo. If your looking for golf courses, the property is only a 2 min drive from the famous 5* Finca Cortesin Golf resort (which held the masters for 3 years) and is also very near to many more, including Valderrama & La Duquesa.

Whether you want a fun filled holiday for all ages, or just a complete break from everything, Majestic Hills is the place. There is so much to see and do in the local area and the development itself is a very relaxing place to be.

The property is non-smoking indoors, ashtrays are provided on the terrace.

Why can't I call Rosalie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Rosalie (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosalie (the owner) a message.

If Rosalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
