The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Cascais, the Costa da Guia, surrounded by trade and services such as stationery, pastries, restaurants, supermarket, laundry, hairdresser, gym, and various shops.

It is about 15-20 min walking distance from the historic center of Cascais and the Estoril Coast beaches. Along the coastline that connects Cascais to Guincho, one of the best beaches in the area, ideal for lovers of water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing or paddle.

10 minutes from the Hippodrome Manuel Possolo and 15 minutes from Quinta da Marinha, provided with equestrian center, full gym with tennis and paddle courts and Quinta da Marinha Golf course.

It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with friends or family.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a modern building with an elevator in a nice and quiet neighborhood with green spaces.

As entering the apartment there is a large entrance hall that divides the social area of the private area of the bedrooms.

In the social area, lies the large living room with dining area. The living room has a table and chairs for 6 and a comfortable relaxing area with sofas and puffs, a LCD TV with international channels and a cozy fireplace. The living room is full of light due to large windows and a very nice balcony with outdoor dining area overlooking a quiet and relaxing residential square, with trees and benches. There is WI-FI throughout the house.

The kitchen, modern but typical, is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a small balcony, ideal for laundry area.

In the private area there are three bedrooms.

One bedroom has a private bathroom and a queen size bed, and has a leisure area in a closed balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Hair dryer, towels, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo are available.

The other two rooms are twin bedrooms and each one has two single beds. Both these bedrooms share a common area for leisure and playing in a closed balcony so that also the little ones can enjoy their holidays at its best. Next to these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with walk-in shower. Also towels, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo are available.

All bedrooms have wardrobes and heating.

Despite being easy and free parking in this neighborhood, the apartment includes a parking space inside the building’s garage.

The great comfort and originality of this apartment will surely provide you a stay full of good memories and desires to return.

How do damage deposits work?
