Casa Vacanze Antica Pietra is a beautiful property in the green Tuscan hills.

Our vacation home is in the small medieval village of Casicello, few kilometers from the most beautiful cities of Tuscany of art and culture , such as Montaione, Volterra, San Gimignano , Certaldo, Vinci..

Casa Vacanze Antica Pietra is a medieval villa completely restored keeping all the characteristics of a time: terracotta floors , ceilings with wooden beams , are only the most visible part of a meticulous restoration to maintain the characteristics of a time . The furniture is from the end of 1800 early 1900 .

The large garden offers a solarium , and the pool overlook the hills around Florence.

There is also a reading room with about 200 books in French, English and German.

The house is divided into three separated apartments:

AGATA, on the ground floor, is a one-bedroom apartment, with a double bed and a bunk one, bathroom and kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking;

ZAFFIRO, on the first floor, is a two-bedrooms apartment, with a double bedroom , a twin bedroom , small bathroom with shower , spacious kitchen with everything needed for cooking;

ONICE. on the second floor, is a two-bedrooms apartment, with a double bedroom , a twin bedroom , small bathroom with shower , spacious kitchen with everything needed for cooking;

Every apartment has the stove in the kitchen with 4 hot plates, fridge and freezer, oven ,toaster, dishwasher, satellite TV , air conditioning heatt - cool , phone , safe , free Wi - Fi connection.

Each apartment of Antica Pietra has a private outdoor area with tables and chairs, overlooking the breathtaking panorama of the Tuscan hills of Chianti till the sea, visible in the days when the sky is really very clear.

The villa can be rented as a whole having a large communal living room .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Eleonora (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
