The house is immersed in nature, with lovely panoramic 360 ° Wide complete overview of the kitchen sink, gas cooker, refrigerator with a large freezer, oven and electric oven, washing machine, pantry, extendable table up to 8 seats; bathroom with sink, shower and bidet; two double bedrooms (both with wardrobe, bedside tables and fans); living room with fireplace and kitchen area, large marble shelf, portable air conditioner, masonry sofa, satellite TV and 2 additional beds (a sofa bed and a half square). Baby cot camping. All windows have mosquito nets. Large panoramic terrace with magnificent views of Cassibile, the gulfs of Syracuse and Augusta and Etna. Second large terrace with table and chairs. External Built-in barbecue with sink area, outdoor shower, pine forest with a hammock and relaxation area, olive grove, parking spaces on the property. The villa offers several seating areas to enjoy nature and the magnificent panorama; surrounded by nature, it is quiet and spacious. It is located on a hill and provides a 360 degree view. In large veranda children can ride a bicycle or play ball. It has always cool in summer pine forest. An unforgettable experience will be to observe the sky at night, in the summer, when they light up an infinity of stars and the Milky Way appears between them. The house is located on a hill surrounded by the typical Sicilian nature, including olive, almond dry walls and areas intended for pasture where it might happen to see sheep or cows graze quiet. It 'very close to the nature reserve Cavagrande and a few kilometers you can explore an ancient necropolis. Adjacent to the house is a valley where beautiful walks also suitable for children. Also it located in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful towns in southeastern Sicily (Siracusa, Noto, Catania, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli) all distant from 15 minutes to an hour by car to the maximum. We are ready to meet guests for every need and every stay. Extra services (to be agreed in advance): Possibility of subscription to access the beautiful Marchesa di Cassibile beach (about 6 km away). Possibility of subscription to the beach of white fountains (6 km away). Possibility of convention for lunch and / or dinner with restaurants, farms and / or pizzerias in the area.
