b & b experience LATORDICELLA is a pretty small house on three levels, with thick walls of sandstone rock, dating back to the nineteenth century, renovated by the owner with love and dedication to the old, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the wooded hills of the valley Santerno. It is located at the foot of the mountain on which the charming Valmaggiore church, opposite the ruins of Cantagallo, in Romagna, on the border with Tuscany and a few kilometers from the medieval village of Castel del Rio, famous for the bridge and the palace Alidosi. To reach it, you need to travel a short stretch of dirt road in the woods. Hospitality We put at your disposal: a plan with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom at their exclusive use on the ground floor a third double bedroom, a second bathroom, kitchen use (for a fee if required) and opportunity to take advantage of all indoor and outdoor spaces. The beautiful pine forest, and the observation deck, are great places to walk, relax and enjoy the scenery and the sunset over the valley below. Events LATORDICELLA is particularly suitable as a location for private events, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, courses of yoga and meditation / sound / bathrooms sensory pathways in the forest and for business meetings.

    Accidenti, avete esagerato con i complimenti. Sinceramente se tutti gli Ospiti fossero come voi, ogni giorno sarebbe un bel giorno... Sono io che devo ringraziare voi perchè anche noi siamo stati bene e la bella passeggiata fino alla chiesa di Valmaggiore ci voleva proprio per sgranchirci e rilassarci. Spero di rivedervi di nuovo, assieme al simpaticissimo cane Spot. Un abbraccio sincero da Andre & un leccotto da Maffy

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

    If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
