The accommodation is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends and is situated in a great location for walking or cycling. The apartment is located within the residential complex "Poggio ARTISTS" not far from the village of Castel Rigone, a short walk away. With sweeping views of Lake Trasimeno, the apartment includes a kitchen equipped with all the utensils for cooking, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a sofa bed, a furnished living room with a sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower . Outside a small garden with panoramic views. The apartment is located close to restaurants, resorts, and is easily reached by car. private parking inside the property. The apartment is located in Castel Rigone, in the town of Passignano, 20 minutes from the center of Perugia and 40 km from St. Francis of Assisi in Perugia. The village of Castel Rigone easily within walking distance, offers bars, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants where you can spend your time and eat Italian dishes and typical of Umbria. Remember to bring your own car. Are easily accessible over the cities of Perugia and Assisi, the cities and villages of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and Montepulciano.
