Located in Casteldaccia, on the coast of Palermo, the brand new B & B "in the artist's home" is an apartment, on the ground floor of a building of the painter Maria Giovanna Peri (of which you will appreciate the works), consisting of a bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed, living room for breakfast with kitchen, hallway and bathroom reserved. Prices from 50 euro (60 euro in May, June and September, 70 euro in July and August) per day for the bed + 10 euro for any additional seat. Children under 5 years old sleep for free in Latvian with mom and dad. Expected breakfast of coffee, milk, juice, yogurt and baked goods. It equipped with air conditioning, wifi, 40 inch LED TV, armored door, video surveillance and what you need for a comfortable stay. We are 15 km from Palermo, 40 from Cefalu, 4 km from the clinic Santa Teresa (Rizzoli Hospital). Central location, bars, fruit and vegetables, grocery, butcher, bakery and pharmacy and other services within walking distance. Free parking opposite the house. External Video surveillance 24 hours on 24.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

    If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
