Would you like to spend days of complete relaxation in a country apartment, surrounded by greenery?
The apartment is part of a house situated in one of the hills surrounding the ancient village of Castelbasso and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature among olive trees and old oak trees or to spend a weekend away from the city chaos.
From here you can enjoy both the view of the mountains of the Abruzzo Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, just 20 kilometres away (it takes about 20 minutes by car to the "blue flag" beach of Roseto degli Abruzzi).
The appartment is on the ground floor and consists of a dining room / kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Although the house is isolated, it is only 5 minutes from shops, banks and post offices and is located about a 15 minute drive from the entrance / exit of the A24 Roseto.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, and guests can expect the following services:
• Water;
• Electricity;
• Gas;
• Towels;
• Bed linen.
It is possible to have long walks to fully enjoy the great variety of landscapes present in the vicinity, to sunbathe in the garden, to go trekking, to have picnics and barbeques in the surrounding gardens or to simply go to the beach to sunbathe.
They are also advised to visit the historical centres of the many beautiful medieval towns of the Province (Teramo, Atri, Campli, Civitella...) located in the vicinity of the house where you can taste the many specialties of the area as well as take part in cultural and recreational activities typical of the summer season.

The Abruzzo region
A rich, fertile land lies between the Apennines slopes and the waters of the Adriatic. Its features are countless: a vast range of ski slopes and beaches, nature parks and art towns, medieval churches, castles and museums. Most visitors are drawn to Abruzzo for the parks or the beaches, the medieval monuments or the snow, however there are other attractions that are equally valid and increasingly popular: food and wine, crafts, spas, pilgrimage destinations, and locations offering active sports facilities for the young. Whether you are a first time visitor or an old friend, Abruzzo extends a warm invitation to come and explore the thousand attractions it offers: ancient yet modern, silent yet joyful, and now reached easily by road, rail or air from most parts of Italy or Europe.
