From the owner

You will stay in the well known countryside of Puglia, in the middle of ancient olive and almond trees, with different fruit trees and seasonal vegetables growing in an organic environment. No thrills, just relax and enjoy the nature, beautiful sightseeing and the neighborhood: Polignano a mare and Monopoli for beautiful beaches, Castellana for his enchanting Grotte, Alberobello with suggestive trulli are all few minutes by car. Matera is 1,20 hours far, lots of guests decide to tour Sassi having Villarzilla like base. We will be happy, if requested, to come along to show you all these wonderful places. (I'm a Superhost, don't forget it :)

If you will need wifi to tour and explore the neighbourhood, I'll borrow you a wifi box whith a lot of traffic onboard.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send AMEDEO (the owner) a message.

    If AMEDEO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
