This comfortable and spacious villa of Catalunya Casas is located in a quiet and picturesque mountain village of Sant Feliu del Raco. just a short drive from the center of Barcelona.

Overlooking the Sant Llorenç de Munt National Park, this charming villa is built on a 3500 square meter hilltop, offering privacy and unparalleled views and mountain views.

The villa has five rooms for 10 people (6 single beds (100x200cm), 1 double bed (130x200cm), 1 set of bunk beds (100x200cm)), comfortable living areas with extensive entertainment options, large terraces for outdoor dining and a large private pool (the pool measures 4m by 7.5m). The house is distributed on three levels and flooded with natural light. If you forgot your vacation needs, the city is a short drive from the villa, where you can also find restaurants and bars to enjoy spectacular local cuisine.

Catalunya Casas specialises in hand-picked, exclusively managed family villa rentals (with pool and garden!) in Mallorca, Ibiza, and the Barcelona area. Our vacation rentals are close enough to tourist ‘meccas' so as to enjoy all the benefits these areas have to offer, yet far enough ‘off the beaten track’ where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the real Catalonia/Spain.

Cleaning Policy Update:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.

4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and cleaned by Elis (********), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.

7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.

8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.

9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.

As an agency that specialises in family villa rentals (with gardens and private pools!) in Catalonia (Barcelona, Costa Brava and Costa Dorada) we take your feedback and suggestions very seriously and continually aim to improve our services. Our number 1 goal is 100% guest satisfaction, so we thank you for this information. Our response to your comments: Access to the pool and BBQ area: There is a very simple explanation for this. The villa is built on a hill and hence the access to the pool and BBQ area is from the basement of the property. As we offer our property owners the possibility to close a non-essential room of the villa for personal storage, this happens to be the basement room where the access to the terrace is. It has nothing to do with clever photography as in all honesty, the distance from the front door to these areas and the basement is almost equal. That being said, we have forwarded these comments to the owner who has graciously agreed to allow access from the 2018 season. Neighbours: Yes, the villa is located in a residential area and does have neighbours as you can see in the photos. It is impossible in this type of residential environment that there are no neighbours overlooking; however the good news is that they are all at least 400 meters away. El Cim: this is a private banquet hall, with typically only about 10 weddings per year, so this is not usually an issue for our guests; however we will ensure to note this in the publicity. There is a regional mandate that states that all dogs must be inside and not disturb other neighbours after 21h. We advise all our guests to notify us of any complaints from surrounding neighbours and if they are in violation of this mandate or any other laws, we will certainly contact the local authorities to regulate the problem. We are so pleased you enjoyed the views in your villa. They are indeed spectacular. The accommodation is very much a Spanish summer house and is exactly what is seen in the photos. The WI-FI was not restricted by management in any way. It was not us that said 33HD films were watched - it was the internet company and therefore their restrictions. Please keep in mind that Spanish technology is still behind the rest of Europe and the Americas. The maximum consumption is 50 gigabytes, which is a very large amount of internet availability, but still many providers do not allow ‘unlimited´ access. We do admit that one lightbulb in a bedside lamp had burnt out upon your arrival which was not noticed by our cleaning and maintenance teams. We apologise for this and upon notification we immediately came to the villa and replaced the light bulb. To clarify, it is not the BBQ in itself that you paid extra for, it was the service of catering that we offer as supplemental services to all of our clients. Each of our vacation rentals is hand chosen and selected based on strict standards of quality but the actual decor of each villa we unfortunately cannot change and is based on personal preference of each guest. That being said, the photos are an exact replica of the furniture and villa you will encounter. We look forward to welcoming you again soon to this beautiful area! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
